We are seeking customer-oriented individuals with a strong track record of success in sales to join our company as Customer Engagement and Customer Value Specialists. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with customers and enhancing our overall customer experience. Your primary focus will be to conduct customer welcome calls, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, collection and retention efforts, anti-attrition campaigns, and engagement efforts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
Educating clients about various insurance policies
Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage
Conduct customer welcome calls, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, collection and retention efforts, anti-attrition campaigns, and engagement efforts
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Bachelor\'s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
3+ years experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Comfortable speaking with clients, whether over the phone or in person
