We are now seeking a highly skilled Customer Happiness Custodian to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction. This role involves handling client interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with premium and luxury clientele.Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional assistance. - Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to manage customer interactions and optimize engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer journey and satisfaction levels. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to implement continuous improvements. - Uphold brand values by delivering a luxury-level customer service experience.Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer happiness, client relations, or customer service within a premium or luxury industry. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems, with preference for candidates experienced in Salesforce. - European female candidates preferred due to client demographic requirements.
