Customer Fulfilment Solutions Specialist



Office-based Role



You can be based in: MEA Region



You will need to speak and write fluently in English and Turkish



Join Veolia WTS's dynamic Customer Fulfilment Team within our Global Supply Chain Operations, where you'll play a crucial role in managing customer relationships across diverse industries including food and beverages, power, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multicultural team, handling end-to-end order lifecycle management while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.



What are the Day-to-Day Duties?



Process and manage orders through SAP system

Handle contract creation, renewal, and termination processes

Coordinate export orders with shipping plants

Manage bank submissions for LC & CAD payment terms

Drive revenue target achievement through linear contract billing

Resolve customer invoice disputes and perform root cause analysis

Maintain customer data accuracy in ERP systems

Handle special queries and urgent requests with professional communication

Reporting to: Global Supply Chain Operations

Qualifications

English and Turkish language

Relevant professional experience

Effective and professional verbal and written communication - both with internal and external customers

Good problem-solving capability

Customer Fulfillment attitude with ownership of any kind of queries

Logical thinking, analytical mindset, reporting skills

Proficient IT skills including Google Sheets and Gmail

Solid SAP knowledge and experience as a user

Salesforce.com experience

Experience in customer fulfillment/order management

Additional relevant foreign language knowledge

Lean/Six Sigma or other experience
