Job Title: Customer Experience Manager : Onboarding Location: Middle East Package: basic salary circa 6,000 : 8,500 per month, plus accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, expat benefits Im currently supporting a global hospitality group, based in the Middle East, with their search for a Customer Experience Manager : Onboarding. The group are one of the pioneering brands, globally, when it comes to luxury hospitality : and this has been recognised through numerous regional, continential, and global awards. They are now in the process of building a whole new segment of the business, which will focus on everything Product, Design, and Development. In short, the Customer Experience Manager will be responsible to developing, evaluating, proposing and continuously improving onboard products and services including implementation of corrective measures. Mentoring specialist trainers and front liners in their ability to contribute and support the delivery of meaningful experiences across all customer experiences. Youll also be tasked with developing and improving customer experiences in order to streamline processes within the department. Partner with other managers within the department to guarantee seamless customer journies. What youll need: * Min. Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. * 8+ years of job:related experience. * Previous work experience in product development and service design. * Experience in managing large and complex projects across multiple stakeholders. * Practical knowledge of Project Management tools. * Advanced levels of interpersonal skills, excellent oral presentation and written skills. * Advanced levels of analytical and problem:solving skills. * Advanced levels of effective communication and presentation skills.
