Position Overview: This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences within our recovery and biohacking facilities while also managing retail operations within our store. Responsibilities Recovery Services: \xc2\xb7 Greet and engage with patients and customers, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. \xc2\xb7 Educate clients about the benefits and proper usage of recovery and biohacking services, addressing inquiries and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations. \xc2\xb7 Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their visits, ensuring their needs are met. \xc2\xb7 Promote additional services and packages, encouraging clients to explore other offerings within Heal Hub. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe and hygienic environment within the recovery and biohacking facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols. Retail: \xc2\xb7 Assist customers with purchases, providing product information and recommendations when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store at all times. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with coworkers and management, sharing insights, feedback, and ideas for process improvement. \xc2\xb7 Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. \xc2\xb7 Handle cash, and other forms of payment securely, following established protocols. \xc2\xb7 Maintain knowledge of product features and updates to inform customers effectively. \xc2\xb7 Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on shelves and displays. \xc2\xb7 Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy, ensuring it meets company standards. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all products are properly labeled with accurate prices and barcodes. \xc2\xb7 Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed. \xc2\xb7 Generate reports from the POS system to track sales performance and inventory levels. \xc2\xb7 Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree \xc2\xb7 Experience in the fitness/wellness industry \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of health, fitness, and recovery techniques. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. \xc2\xb7 Own visa (preferably).
