Available Role:

Call Center Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Assist clients by providing information about properties, promotions, and services. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries. Collaborate with different departments to ensure client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Arabic and/or European languages

(preferred but not required).

Customer service or call center experience

is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

to handle client queries effectively.

Self-motivated & target-driven

professionals eager to excel.

Ability to work under pressure

while maintaining professionalism.

Basic knowledge of real estate

is an advantage but not mandatory.
