Building a Customer Centric Culture and enhancing team collaboration.
Elaborate the annual plan with the high priorities for the team based on Local Sales Strategy and Targets.
Monitor and follow up of the back log and invoicing.
Coordinate the order logistics with the Alfa Laval factories and distribution centers according to the customer contract requirements.
Analyzes customer satisfaction and improves order fulfillment processes.
Coordinate with sales, service operation and finance department for relevant WIP (work in progress) and backlog follow up.
Lead the team by giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan.
Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies and customer communication.
Contribute to process optimization, streamlining order fulfillment processes, through identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process to improve lead time accuracy.
Contribute to adoption of new technologies, automation (e.g. RPA) and best practices to improve customer support efficiency

BS of Business Administration (BBA)
BS Logistic & Supply Chain Management
MBA with focus of operations management or supply chain management
Experience
Minimum 5 yrs of experience in relevant field, evidencing strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
