DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Graduate: Sales Application Engineer to join our team specializing in Power Generation for our Sales and Application Engineering Department in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

• This dual customer/product focused position serves as the technical liaison between OEMs and represents our customers during new product development program.
• Applying Cummins\xe2\x80\x99 products to customer requirements, development of technical specifications, implementing new design configurations, and delivering high performance, low-cost equipment and system solutions integrated with customers\xe2\x80\x99 products in a variety of applications.
• Investigates integration and installation problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results with guidance from more experienced team members.
• Develops strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts to serve as their primary liaison to deliver product technical information, manage product specifications, communicate product change information, conduct installation issue resolutions and facilitate customer requests.
• Provides independent execution of established work processes and systems, while still developing technology or product knowledge; engages with the improvement of systems and processes.
• Contributes effectively toward team goals, exhibits influence within a work group and continues to develop proficiency in the competency areas critical to success in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Technical Expertise: Understanding of product verification and validation processes, including the ability to develop validation plans and evaluate test results.
• Systems Engineering Skills: Proficiency in translating stakeholder needs into verifiable requirements establishing acceptance criteria.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to define and analyze the system of interest, understand its interactions and predict its behavior to devise effective modifications.
• Communication and Training: Capability to provide technical support, develop and deliver technical training, and communicate effectively with sales, distributors, and customers. Knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation/ Experience:

• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree on Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
