We're seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to be the voice of our brand, managing client relationships and driving appointment bookings with professionalism, charm, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring seamless communication and a positive brand experience.
• Lead Management: Promptly engage with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments with strategic follow-ups.
• Appointment Coordination: Handle scheduling with precision, collaborating with the clinic's medical and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Behind-the-Scenes Excellence: Represent the clinic to the public from behind the scenes, ensuring every interaction aligns with our luxury brand standards.
• Feedback and Insights: Act as the ears of the clinic by gathering client feedback, understanding their needs, and providing actionable insights to improve service quality.
What We're Looking For:
• A confident and charismatic communicator who thrives on client interaction and delivering results.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage clients professionally yet personably.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and leads without missing a beat.
• Proficiency in CRM software or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management is a strong advantage, particularly in the luxury, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
• Multilingual, is a strong advantage.
