What You'll Do:
• Be the friendly voice customers hear when they reach out to us.
• Help resolve inquiries and concerns via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about our products, policies, and services.
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Experience in customer service (preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment).
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and/or Arabic (bonus if you speak both!).
