We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic "ONLY FEMALE" Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service with proven cross-selling and upselling skills
• Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails proficiently
• Flexible to work in rotation shifts (last shift ends at midnight)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Expertise in conflict resolution
• Experience in customer sales
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
