A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleAn entry level position, with requirement to coordinate internally with a team of 10 Customer Care Specialists for administrative tasks.This is a 1-year fixed term contract based in Dubai.Key responsibilities
  • Customer Master data Requests - For new business to create or extend customer codes using templates from commercial.
  • Technical Documents for Products - Liaising with customer care specialists to retrieve technical documents like Material Safety Data Sheets, Labels, Certificate of Analysis etc with respective sites across Europe and APMEA
  • Order management for On time and In Full (OTIF) KPI - To manually update order dates and accurately reflect scores of OTIF.
  • Material Availability Date Governance - To manually update Material Availability Dates in orders.
  • Complaint Management - To verify evidence received from customer and then raise SAP complaints for Logistics and Quality issues with respective sites. Need to follow-up with sites to ensure closure.
  • Credit Notes / Debit Notes - To update the Credit or Debit Note template and share with General Business Services team to issue the Credit or Debit notes after relevant approvals.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years work experience would be plus
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel (should be familiar with basics like Vlookup and Pivot Tables)
