We are a leading blinds and curtain manufacturing company with a strong presence in international markets, including the UK and the USA. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Customer Care Manager to enhance our customer experience, manage teams effectively, and maintain high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the customer care team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Oversee shipments, quality control, and customer issue resolution efficiently.
• Interact with UK, USA, and other international clients , ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving.
• Implement customer service best practices to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with internal departments, including production and logistics , to meet customer expectations.
• Develop customer service policies and train the team to maintain high service standards.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements for enhanced service.
Qualifications & Experience:
? 5 to 8\+ years of experience in customer care management , preferably in a manufacturing company .
? Proven experience in handling shipments, quality concerns, and leading teams .
? Strong communication and leadership skills.
? Prior experience dealing with UK and USA customers is a must.
? Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
? Ability to handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and improve processes .
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems .
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment .
