Prescott Real Estate Development is a leading real estate development company renowned for its commitment to excellence, innovative design, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care and Handover Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth transition of properties to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer care team and manage the handover process for our residential and commercial units.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure all commitments are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the handover process, including scheduling, documentation, and final inspections.
- Ensure properties are delivered in accordance with the agreed standards and specifications.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections with customers and address any concerns or issues.
- Liaise with various departments such as construction, legal, and finance to ensure all handover requirements are met.
- Track and report on the progress of handovers, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and delivered to the customer during the handover process.
- Ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, implementing improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree ; CRM software and other customer service tools.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, handover management, or a similar role within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of the property handover process and customer care best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer issues.
