Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to handle patient interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to patient inquiries regarding test bookings, reports, and sample collection. Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for urgent or priority reports. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure efficient data entry. Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and provide clarity on service charges. Handle patient complaints with empathy and escalate critical issues to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in

Healthcare Administration, Medical Lab Technology

, or a related field.

Experience:

0-1 year

of experience in customer service, preferably in a

healthcare or pathology setting

.

Skills & Competencies:

Communication Skills

- Strong verbal and written skills for patient interactions.

Medical Terminology Knowledge

- Basic understanding of pathology and diagnostic tests.

Empathy & Patience

- Ability to handle distressed patients professionally.

Multitasking

- Capability to manage calls, emails, walk-in queries, and reports simultaneously.

Tech Proficiency

- Experience with

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)

and

MS Office

is an advantage.
