Customer Care Executive (Female)
Salary Range: 2500 to 3000 AED
Experience: 1 year required
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Proficiency in using customer care software and tools
