sWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking information, assistance, and support related to our all-business units. You will play a critical part in ensuring clients have a positive experience and receive accurate information about our business units.Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat or other communication channels.
Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Acknowledging and resolving client complaints if requires as per the Management instruction.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in the customer care process
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and reporting on regular basis
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Follow-up with the clients and keep the relationship for smooth and continues business operation
Qualifications
Any Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Working knowledge of MS office tools
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
