We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our current customers receive excellent service while identifying new sales opportunities to contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support to existing clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to generate new leads for sales through customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales. Maintain accurate customer records and track lead generation activities. Assist in improving customer service processes based on feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
