The

Customer Acquisition Manager

is a critical role focused on driving new customer acquisition through strategic marketing, sales campaigns, and data-driven decisions. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential customer segments, developing targeted acquisition strategies, and executing programs that deliver sustainable growth in the customer base. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a keen ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends to enhance our customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Acquisition Strategies:

Design and implement online & offline customer acquisition strategies (digital marketing, affiliate marketing, paid search, social media, events, etc.).

Market Segmentation & Targeting:

Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and refine audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.

Campaign & Budget Management:

Lead, optimize, and track acquisition campaigns while managing budgets for efficient spending and impact.

Collaboration & Lead Nurturing:

Align with Sales & Marketing teams, nurture leads, and ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to long-term engagement.

Performance & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor key KPIs (CPA, CLTV, ROI), analyze industry trends, and propose new strategies based on market shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
