Unspecified Job Duties:

• Management of customer contracts.

• Contract execution including periodic customer performance reviews.

• Arrange induction meetings with all stakeholders e.g. Operations, Engineering and Procurement.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and the customer to ensure work scopes are clarified and updated as necessary.

• Issue shop instructions via repair definition cover sheet (Job Card).

• Prepare, send and follow up with order quotations.

• Preparation of contract flow downs clearly outlining the key deliverables of the contract.

• Provide after-hours AOG support (rotational basis).

• Asset Management.

• Invoicing.

• Carry our periodic Market Feedback Analysis (MFA).

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Sound knowledge in MS Office applications.

• Proficiency of the English language and good communication skills both written and verbal.

• Technical knowledge on Nacelle component repair business would be advantageous.

• University Degree preferred.
