You will enjoy managing all aspects of the Culinary administration operation, ensuring that all areas adhere to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
You'll work in collaboration with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, Hygiene Manager and Chief Steward in day to day administration coordination, communication channels across all areas of the Culinary and F&B departments as well as the key focus of supporting the communication of information relating to all F&B functions across the hotel.
