Job Description

Job Responsibility

• Retain and grow business from existing customers to achieve targeted revenue.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
• Act as One point of contact for complaints and provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner, schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
• Willingness and ability to travel 80% of the time, depending on the business requirement
• Coordination between sales and support teams

Educational Qualification:

• Should be a graduate (Preferably from commerce background).

Preferred skills:

• Good spoken, written and verbally fluent in English language.
• Should be a go getter and can take decisions.
• Should be flexible and should carry flexible attitude.
• Has decent knowledge of MS office.
• Candidates with excellent communication & analytical skills from similar backgrounds will be considered. Salary as per the industry standards.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
