: Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced CSR Airfreights. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring the smooth running of airfreight operations, and providing support to the sales and operations team.
Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure the successful completion of customer orders
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with airlines and other transportation providers to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of goods
Manage customer accounts and maintain records of customer transactions
Assist in the preparation of documents for customs clearance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airfreight regulations and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide support to the sales team in the development of new business opportunities
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, airfreight operations, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of airfreight regulations and procedures
