Job Role : CS & Operations Executive - Airfreight

Job Type: Full-time - Immediate Joiner is preferred

Location : Abu Dhabi - UAE

Pay: AED 5,000.00 per month - (based on Experience & Performance)

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive - Air Freight to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling air freight shipments, Pricing , coordinating with airlines, Overseas Agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage air freight shipments from Pricing to final delivery. Coordinate with airlines, Overseas Agents, and customers for shipment arrangements. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including AWBs Ensure compliance with local and international air cargo regulations. Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to clients. Handle freight rate negotiations and cost control. Work closely with the customs clearance team for smooth cargo handling. Address and resolve any operational issues or delays.
Requirements:

Experience in Air Freight Pricing & Operations. Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures, Pricing, documentation, and regulations. Familiarity with airline booking systems and freight forwarding software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
