• Description:The Crusher Supervisor will be reporting to the Mine Operations Superintendent. He will be working on a shift basis in order to supervise the Crusher feed, production operations as well as supervising conveying system until reaching the oil shale receiving station at the Mixing Fuel Yard. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMinimum QualificationSpecialized knowledgeSkills & Abilities
• Manage and develop the primary crusher team employees' tender to achieve establish goals, safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
• Coordinate with the repair and maintenance of equipment through the maintenance department to ensure continuous working operation.
• Be in-charge of planning and approving work schedule of personnel.
• Maintain strong communications with all other plant employees to ensure efficient and safe workflow from quarry to crusher
• Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blend
• Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockages or end of shift; coordinate/assist in required repairs
• Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sectional KPIs and Performance Report.
• Replace the crusher operator when required.
• Other duties related to Mining Operations that may be assigned by upper management.
• BSc or diploma in Mining, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with up to 5 years mining experience.
• Ability to read the mining and geological maps
• Surveying knowledge is preferred
• English language literacy
• Basic MS Office skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• An ability to write clear and concise reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
