The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring it supports our marketing and sales efforts effectively. The CRM Specialist will analyze customer data, optimize the CRM system, and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring it is updated and functioning effectively.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
• Design, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
• continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with support of compliance department.

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
