Overview:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist - Salesforce with Salesforce CPQ knowledge to join our dynamics IT team and help us deliver customized solutions for internal business users. You will be responsible for gathering and writing the business requirements, providing best class practices on the Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales and CPQ processes. You will be responsible for testing and helping to deploy Salesforce CRM applications using CPQ and other tools. You will also collaborate with other business analysts, the business, developers, and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ solutions. The position is heavily focused on meeting project commitments.
Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ knowledge is a must . Must have strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud with a focus on CPQ.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our teams, ensuring a clear understanding of their business goals and requirements for the CRM solution.
• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Vlocity (SFI) CPQ.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors.
• Analyse and map existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending -based solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client leadership to ensure clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories to guide the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating processes in the Salesforce
• Define, maintain, and enforce standards for process maps and supporting documentation.
• Solve process-related problems.
• Drive continuous process improvements of business processes with users and our CRM systems.
• Monitor and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes are supporting our business objectives.
• Keep the performance of the processes highly visible and accessible to the organization.
• Leverage company standards--brand assets, processes, systems, tools, and teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand process details and how they link to the organization's strategy and objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level of detail, depending on audience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud in B2B industries.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management, billing, and invoicing.
• 5+ years of working on a CRM Salesforce Solution.
Required Skills:
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud with a focus on CPQ.
• Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong Knowledge of CRM activities.
• Familiarity with consulting company industry processes and ability to tailor Salesforce solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage with individuals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
• Best practice experience with writing user stories and gathering the requirement
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Azure DevOps,
