CRM Specialist

to help us enhance customer relationships and drive engagement through strategic CRM initiatives.

Bloomfields is seeking a CRM Specialist to support the development and execution of customer relationship strategies for our portfolio of holiday homes. This role will focus on utilizing CRM systems to manage and nurture guest relationships, improve guest satisfaction, and drive repeat bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM tools to help us connect with our guests and maximize loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure smooth communication with guests throughout their journey. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage past and prospective guests. Segment customer data based on demographics, preferences, and booking history to create personalized outreach. Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for enhancing the guest experience. Analyze CRM data and performance metrics to track customer behavior, retention rates, and campaign success. Assist in the creation of guest loyalty programs and promotional offers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment in communication strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience working with CRM systems preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Familiarity with customer retention strategies and loyalty programs is a plus.
