Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accurately allocating leads within the CRM system, setting up allocation rules based on business needs and market strategy, ensuring optimal distribution of client resources to the appropriate sales teams or agents.
• Adjust, and continuously optimize lead allocation rules to align with market demands and sales strategy. Continuously refine allocation logic based on business growth and performance analysis.
• Oversee daily CRM operations, support the setup and update of new features and processes to ensure the system runs efficiently and reliably.
• Manage and track various data within the CRM, handle data cleaning, merging, and tagging, and analyze the data to provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM system management, lead allocation, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with various CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and allocation setup processes.
• Strong data-oriented thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to optimize system rules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with business teams.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
