Job Description

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote CRM solutions to potential clients.
• Client Engagement : Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and company visit
• Product Demonstrations : Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the CRM system to showcase its features and benefits.
• Needs Assessment : Assess client needs and tailor solutions to fit their requirements.
• Sales Forecasting : Monitor and report on sales forecasts, providing updates to management on sales performance.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

- CodeGuru.ae has a customized CRM Solution dedicated for healthcare, you will earn between AED500 to AED2,000 in commission base for every deal that you will close.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector, with a focus on CRM solutions (2 years minimum experience in sales)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategies and decision-making.

- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
