• Analyze customer data from the CRM system to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer data analysis.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
• Provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and increase customer lifetime value.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM tools and software.
• Train team members on data reporting and analysis techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a CRM context.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with SQL or similar query languages.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
