Responsibilities: Implement and manage a comprehensive CRM system to capture, analyze, and utilize customer data effectively. Optimizing lead generation, enhancing lead conversion, improving customer retention, enabling data-driven decision-making, and streamlining sales processes. Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified leads. Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales goals. Provide data-driven insights to support sales and marketing efforts. Ensure seamless integration between the CRM system, contact center platform, and other relevant dealership systems to create a unified customer experience. Implement robust data security measures to protect customer privacy and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
Requirements: Diploma or Senior School Certification with 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems and strategies. Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
