CRM and Sales Optimization Manager
Our client is a leading provider of liquidity and technology solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industries. Specializing in B2B services, they work with a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, forex brokers, hedge funds, and professional managers. Their cutting-edge technology enables brokers to streamline their operations, save time and resources, and focus on growing their client base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales Optimization:
Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance lead acquisition, qualification, and conversion.
Manage the full lead pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions from initial inquiry to closing deals.
Develop automated workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and assignment based on readiness for sales.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects and improve sales focus.
Maintain high-quality CRM data through monitoring, deduplication, and enrichment.
Sales Funnel Performance:
Track and analyze key sales metrics (conversion rates, lead velocity, time-to-close) to improve sales strategies.
Use data insights to refine lead nurturing efforts, helping the sales team focus on high-potential opportunities.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel to boost efficiency.
Collaboration & Sales Enablement:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure CRM systems are optimized for their needs and enhance productivity.
Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams to improve CRM adoption and usage.
Partner with product and marketing teams to create effective sales collateral and personalized outreach strategies.
Technology & CRM Tools:
Manage and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure alignment with lead management goals and sales tools.
Automate lead distribution, follow-up tasks, and reporting to streamline sales processes.
Stay updated on CRM tools and trends to implement best practices in sales operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are a plus.
Experience: 1-2+ years of CRM management experience focused on sales and lead optimization, preferably in Fintech or a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) with expertise in managing sales pipelines.
Strong knowledge of lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion techniques.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze CRM performance metrics and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills for effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
Familiarity with sales operations, pipeline management, and lead nurturing best practices.
