Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Implementor with expertise in Bitrix24 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of the Bitrix24 CRM platform for our organization. This includes configuring workflows, integrating third-party tools, and training users to maximize the potential of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Bitrix24 CRM according to business requirements.
• Customize and optimize CRM features, including lead management, sales pipelines, automation, and reporting.
• Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party tools and systems (e.g., email, ERP, marketing platforms).
• Provide training and support to employees on how to use Bitrix24 effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and system performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, workflows, and system changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM meets business needs and improves overall efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing and managing Bitrix24 CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
• Experience with CRM customization, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in similar CRM platforms is a plus.
