Key Responsibilities * Contact Rent a car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies and government establishments for potential service business.
- Assist in developing customised service packages for fleet/corporate customers.
- Contact lapsed customers and offer them special prices/packages to bring them back.
- Promote service contract and extended warranty to retail customers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to service manager. Gather competitors\' pricing/ campaigns.
- Follow up with customer in case of any overdue payments based on request from CCD.
- Execute CRM campaigns as per the instructions.
- Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
- Assisting the Service Manager in the day-to-day coordination with other departments.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to help create meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
- Handling & communicating with customers\' problems and complaints.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
