Job Information
  • Development and monitoring of commercial activity
  • Organize and prepare customer meetings with sales management
  • Monitor customer actions identified during activity reviews
  • Develop opportunities through contact identification in cooperation with account managers and the marketing team
  • Answer customer questions in coordination with sales, marketing and operations teams
  • Maintain the CRM tool with information relating to commercial activity
  • Create and track my reports related to customer activity (usage, marketing engagement, leads, sales, pricing)
  • Create and monitor reports and processes linked to specific projects linked to commercial activity (launch of new services, customer events, etc.)
Job Requirements
  • Experience in sales support and commercial activity development.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for preparing customer meetings and tracking actions.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop opportunities and answer customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of commercial activities.
  • Excellent reporting skills to create and monitor various reports related to customer activity, project launches, and marketing engagement.
