Responsibilities:

Developing and customizing solutions using

Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM

. Creating and configuring Entities, Views, Forms, and Dashboards. Developing custom functionalities through: Plugins and Custom Workflows. Utilizing Web Resources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS). Implementing IFrames for external component integration. Implementing and maintaining Business Process Flows and defining CRM Entity Relationship behaviors. Developing and integrating with REST / SOAP APIs and performing data migration. Using MS Dynamics CRM SDK and associated tools. Creating custom reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Managing security and permissions through Dynamics CRM Security Model. Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Differentials:

Previous experience with governmental projects or highly regulated sectors. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies. * Knowledge in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
