Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement robust CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. As a CRM Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, customize CRM platforms, and ensure the successful integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications. Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis to define the scope of CRM solutions.
- CRM Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure CRM platforms to meet specific business needs.
- Implement and modify entities, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Development and Coding:
- Develop and implement custom features and functionalities using programming languages and CRM SDKs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Integration:
- Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications, databases, and third-party services.
- Ensure seamless data flow and information exchange between CRM and other systems.
- Data Management:
- Design and implement data migration strategies for CRM implementations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on CRM functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and business performance.
- Utilize CRM analytics tools to optimize business processes.
- Security and Access Control:
- Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive customer data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or others used in CRM development.
- Experience in customizing and configuring CRM systems to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations, data migration, and API usage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
