We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement robust CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. As a CRM Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, customize CRM platforms, and ensure the successful integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications. Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis to define the scope of CRM solutions.
CRM Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure CRM platforms to meet specific business needs.
Implement and modify entities, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Development and Coding:
Develop and implement custom features and functionalities using programming languages and CRM SDKs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Integration:
Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications, databases, and third-party services.
Ensure seamless data flow and information exchange between CRM and other systems.
Data Management:
Design and implement data migration strategies for CRM implementations.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on CRM functionalities.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and business performance.
Utilize CRM analytics tools to optimize business processes.
Security and Access Control:
Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive customer data.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or others used in CRM development.
Experience in customizing and configuring CRM systems to meet business requirements.
Knowledge of CRM integrations, data migration, and API usage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
