We are looking for Crewing Officer for one of our client into well-established marine contractors providing modern Offshore Support Vessels and diving services to the offshore Oil & Gas industry.

JOb Profile :

Overall, in charge of the crewing Department.

? Recruit qualified crew for the vessels.

? Organizing meetings with different Manning Agency in UAE and outside UAE, selection

ofofficers, and crews in interview basis of vessel type.

? Contact the manning agency to arrange the crew-related issues.

? Up to date maintain the crew list of vessels.

? Make sure all the crew Passports, Seaman Book and STCW95/2010 certificates are valid.

? Prepare airticketsfor both on and off-signers.

? Coordinate with vessel port agents and consulates, preparation of travel documents

(Visa,Ticket, LG, OKTB, Contract etc.), and follow up till the seaman joins the onboard

vessel.

? Visa arrangements forthe sign-on crew.

? Cooperates with the Account department for the financial matters related to the crew.

? Coordinate with the superintendent & port captain regarding crew matters.

? Arrange necessary training as per client requirements.

? Experienced in handling crew for Tanker, Bitumen Carrier, Container, General Cargo, Bulk

Carrier, Landing Craft, Tugboat and Speed Boat.

? Supervising timekeeper regarding monthly timesheet generating.

? Ensure the fleet is manned by certified, qualified, and medically fit personnel

andcompliance with all flag state requirements regarding safe manning.

? Experienced in the recruitment ofshore-based marine employeesforstaff and workshops.

? Conducts initial screening ofshortlisted applicants before endorsing to technical or

operational personnel for final interview.
