•Job Summary: •
•We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller with experience in the Food or FMCG industry to conduct credit checks on new customers, resolve payment issues, and reconcile complex month-end accounts. This role involves reporting on outstanding issues and highlighting potential debtor problems.•

•Key Responsibilities: •

• •Develop procedures to ensure timely payments while maintaining high customer retention.•
• •Reconcile complex accounts escalated from the AR team.•
• •Proactively manage and collect debts from company debtors.•
• •Evaluate new credit requests and assess customer credit.•
• •Set terms and conditions of credit as per guidelines.•
• •Monitor debtor balances to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).•
• •Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies within the team.•
• •Liaise with customers and internal personnel, including the sales team.•
• •Collaborate with sales, finance, and management to develop a credit control system.•
• •Establish customer service best practices to ensure timely payments.•
• •Negotiate payment plans and analyze the credit-control system regularly.•
• •Report payment issues to management or the appropriate team.•
• •Follow up on overdue invoices and implement collection procedures.•
• •Develop methods to enhance debt collection processes.•

•Qualifications: •

• •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.•
• •Ability to handle data entry, analysis, and negotiate solutions with customers.•
• •Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.•
• •4-5 years of experience in credit control, with at least 4 years in accounts receivables and 5 years in collections.•
• •Experience managing 200+ trader accounts.•
• •Previous experience in the Food or FMCG industry is required.•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
