Credit Controller

Job Description

• Grand Stores is a leading distributor and retailer in products from the technology, luggage, beauty and home sectors since its establishment in 1981 in the UAE. The wide variety of world-class products offered include Imaging & Information Technology, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Medical Systems, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Skincare, Luggage, Linen, Dinnerware and Gifts.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Credit Controller to join our team. The required details are given below:



• Manage and oversee the credit control process
• Monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments
• Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and communications
• Provide regular reports on credit status and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as credit controller or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor Degree in Accounts
• Must have good experience in the following:
• Receivables factoring bill discounting
• o Back-end rebates / claims of customers
• o Online invoice upload / reconciliation
• o Credit control policy
• o Credit insurance
• o Legal cases
• o Overdue collections

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Credit Controller: 5 years (Required)
• Working in Distributor companies: 3 years (Required)
