We are currently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. : As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the creditworthiness of our customers. Your duties will include: - Assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. - Establishing and monitoring credit limits based on risk assessments. - Implementing credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk. - Issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers. - Reviewing billing discrepancies and resolving issues promptly. - Negotiating credit terms and payment plans with customers. - Monitoring overdue accounts and initiating collection efforts. - Allocating incoming payments accurately to customer accounts. - Generating and analyzing credit reports to assess customer credit risk. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. - Evaluating the necessity of legal action for severe delinquencies. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting. - Proven experience in credit control or related financial roles. - Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and credit management principles. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using financial software and credit management tools. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
