  • Collection of dues on time
  • Fluent and effective communication skill
  • Monthly reporting like ageing, average collection days & other report as require by FM
  • Maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Accuracy & timely report preparation
  • Monthly & daily follow up for collection with customer.
  • Maintain the average collection period as per management requirements.
  • Creation of customer master as per SOPP guideline
  • Having sage system experience would be added advantage.
  • Qualitfication : Commerce Graduate at minimum, good working knowledge of advanced Excel, Online search tools, good at email writing, Email management.
  • Speaking skills: Hindi and English-speaking mandatory; good communicator, polite but firm.
  • Experience: UAE experience of 4-5 years compulsory \xe2\x80\x93 preferably construction/projects based.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Accounts Receivables: 3 years (Required)
