We are hiring for Credit Control Executive for a Client in UAE.

Position: Temp role - Credit Control Executive

Location: Dubai

Immediate Joiner - Sponsor Visa

Responsibilities:

Sharing the statement of account to clients every month to clear out outstanding balance.

Ensuring all premium payments are transferred within the due date of the invoice.

Maintaining the payment tracker for the premiums collected.

Coordinating with Account Handlers on the outstanding premium and with the billing team regarding the discrepancies in the invoices

Assisting account handler and the billing team for incoming queries from clients and insurers on premium and invoices.

Maintaining efficiency and quality of responses for internal reporting.

Generating monthly insurer ageing reports

Analysing and prioritizing accounts for collection of overdue premiums with reference to ageing.

Flagging high risk accounts for collection based on account handler feedback and meetings.

Conducting monthly meetings with the business unit with reference to the debtor ageing report.

Maintaining the payment tracker and reporting on the monthly basis.

Qualifications:

? Graduate / Postgraduate with 2-3 years' experience in similar role, preferably in the Insurance industry in UAE.

? Proficiency of working in IT environment / MS Excel / MS Word / Power point.
