Responsibilities:Supervise outstanding account balancesCommence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balancesKeep management informed of credit and collection activities and take action prescribed by senior management to tackle issues raisedAssist customers to resolve account problems emanating from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper delivery, slow payments, etc.Undertake research and assemble documentation to support adjustments to account balancesAssist in training other relevant personnel on matters related to collectionsAct as the companys representative in taking inbound callsArrange debt repayment based on customers financial situation and client repayment guidelines, via credit card, check or obtained insuranceDocument all updates and acquired information on accounts.Required Skills:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CIB) or certification in Islamic finance is an advantage.3+ years of experience in corporate credit collection, preferably within a bank or Islamic financial institution.Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and corporate credit products such as trade finance, project finance, and structured finance.Strong understanding of Islamic finance structures and regulatory compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ensuring sound decision-making.
