Position: Credit Card Sales Executive - Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers in the retail banking sector.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels including in-person, online, and telemarketing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable credit card solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, services, and market trends.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in credit card sales or a similar sales role in the retail banking sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
