Analyze and process staff credits facilities for DIB and subsidiaries in line to DIBs policies and procedures.Analyze & Evaluate staff credit facility applications in line with DIBs policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Prepare the complete staff credit facility applications case for management approval in line with DIBs policies & procedures and authority matrix.Prepare and generate necessary MIS reports to line manager.Conduct necessary reconciliation on periodic basis to ensure accuracy of accounts/GLs.Assist line manager in conducting periodic review on the policies and procedures to incorporate new regulatory requirements and or any changes as directed by the concerned stakeholders.Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to ensure maintain quality standards and risk mitigation.Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.Co-ordinate with HRMS and project team for system related matters and enhancement.Liaise internally with different internal stakeholders regarding staff credit application request.All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Competencies/SkillsEducationMinimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Human Resources or equivalentWork ExperienceMinimum 1 - 2 years experience in HR
