The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.



We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026.

Responsibilities :

1. Support Relationship Building:

Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with LIVE creators and their Creator Managers.

2. Creator Education & Training:

Help in providing systematic education and training for creators to familiarize them with the TikTok platform, live functions, and platform policies. Assist in organizing training sessions and creating educational materials.

3. Content Strategy Development:

Support the development of content strategies and growth paths for creators. Monitor creator live performance and assist in providing feedback to improve data and content quality.

4. Daily Creator Operations

Assist in the weekly and monthly analysis of creator performance metrics.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities. Help coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.

6. Strategic Support:

Provide support in offering strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok MENA LIVE creator operations, based on the MENA region and the live industry trends.

7. Data:

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to creator performance and live streaming metrics. Generate reports and provide insights to help improve creator strategies and platform engagement. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in creator operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Data Science, or a related field. Internship availability to start in June 2025 for at least three months (6 months is preferred); Strong interest in social media, live streaming, and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus. Familiarity with the TikTok platform and live streaming features is a plus.
