We\'re on the lookout for a talented person to join us as a Videographer & Photographer. In this role, you\'ll film footage on location and sets, and work with the Video Editor to edit and assemble clips. You\'ll also handle camera setup, lighting, and props. Maintaining equipment and organizing inventory will be key, along with attention to detail for smooth workflows. Understanding client briefs, estimating budgets, and offering creative solutions will be important for success. - Planning and recording live events, short films, and advertising shoots.
- Ensuring all filming equipment is prepared and operational.
- Guiding and allocating tasks to Camera Operators and Lighting Technicians.
- Conducting minor/major edits on film footage for smaller projects.
- Grasping client instructions, offering creative input, and estimating filming costs.
- Collaborating with the Creative team to refine concepts before shooting.
- Coordinating and aiding Wedding Videographers and small production units in capturing bridal sessions, promotional videos, weddings, etc.
- Ensuring optimal lighting, clear audio, and selecting suitable lenses for filming.
- Providing creative direction for captions, graphics, special effects, and video text, particularly in product advertising.
- Contacting and negotiating with suppliers for equipment, products, and services.
- Addressing minor technical glitches with video cameras.
- Maintaining filming consistency throughout.
- Cleaning and disassembling hardware such as tripods, lighting, and gimbals.
- Managing and updating equipment inventory.
- Creating informative training videos for junior staff reference.
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in any field.
- Preferably, a certificate in Videography or Cinematography.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Lumen5, Final Cut Pro, Nero Video, and Adobe Premier.
- Familiarity with various cameras, including digital, professional-grade, and digital camcorders.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of diverse motion picture techniques.
- Physical fitness and keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of production modes, such as configuring single-camera setups and adjusting white balance.
- Teamwork proficiency, even in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
