About Us:
Thera is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in health and wellness supplements. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Video Editor to join our team and help us scale our advertising efforts on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Role Overview:
As a Creative Video Editor, you will be responsible for repurposing our existing ad creatives to produce 200 high-quality videos per month. Your role will be critical in ensuring our ads remain fresh, engaging, and conversion-optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repurpose existing video ads by changing key elements such as:
• Hooks to grab attention.
• Background music to match the desired tone.
• Fonts for a refreshed visual appeal.
• Calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive conversions.
• Headlines to align with different audience segments.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize creative strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Meta advertising to incorporate best practices.
• Maintain a high output volume while ensuring top-notch quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in editing creatives for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with A/B testing concepts to refine ad performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the health and wellness industry.
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and data-driven optimizations.
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
